Company Culture Curator

A “best places to work” designation does not occur by happenstance. A “best places to work” company culture is curated, born from thoughtful consideration, strategy, and decisive action. Sometimes organizations need the support of an objective partner to help create the desired outcome of a culturally inclusive workplace that promotes well-being, and belonging, resulting in increased levels of employee engagement and productivity. How We Support Your Efforts

Assess

  • Assess the organization’s current culture and aspirational goals; identifies the gaps
  • Review employee engagement surveys
  • Work with Human Resources and Diversity Officers to:
  • Identify trends gathered from exit interviews, employee complaints
  • Review job board company reviews
  • Review training strategy
  • Review manager evaluations
  • Review policies pertaining to promotions and hiring strategies


Facilitate

  • Facilitate discussions with internal stakeholders which include but is not limited to:
  • Conduct internal focus groups
  • Conduct management interviews
  • Conduct leadership interviews
  • Conduct interviews with ERGs and BRGs


Review and Assess Resources

  • Review company resources dedicated to inclusion efforts and the level of autonomy given to key stakeholders driving the change initiative to determine overall relevancy and sufficiency 


Consulting

  • Provide consulting and strategic thought leadership and best practices to support the development of a strategic inclusion and belonging plan


Change Management

  • Provide change management support throughout the process to ensure the change is achieved and sustainable
