BSMART Coaching embodies Stephen Covey's seventh habit of taking the time to “sharpen the saw." In his book, The Seven Habits of Effective People, he writes, "It's preserving and enhancing the greatest asset you have- you." He's talking about renewing yourself. Seldom do managers and leaders take time to sharpen themselves. If leaders are the "tools" that plot the course and keep the engines fired up, what happens when they become dull? Exceptional leaders make "sharpening" themselves a priority. BSMART Coaching values the time spent with managers and leaders. Our trainings are engaging and embrace Covey's practice of renewing the four dimensions of our nature- physical, spiritual, mental, and social/emotional. BSMART Coaching's trainings and workshops engage participants on all four levels to create a safe playground to explore new ways of thinking, operating, and being.
BSMART Coaching helps individuals and organizations get real with the issues that keep them from moving forward.
BSMART Coaching facilitates open dialogue and meaningful discussions addressing the core issues on which a strong organizational foundation is built- exceptional leadership. One of the pillars of exceptional leadership is the demonstration of highly social/emotionally intelligent managers that communicate effectively, operating with integrity and respect to create safe places for all to self-actualize. That is the work of BSMART Coaching.
BSMART Coaching delivers trainings featuring the most relevant best practices in management and leadership development; however, sustainable change is not created with a single training. BSMART Coaching also offers workshops where managers and leaders can bring their real challenges and strategize solutions with their peers.
Our training sessions are designed to catalyze theories of best practices into action. It's about applying the learning to the daily work of managing and leading others effectively. BSMART Coaching is driven to lead the workplace revolution that creates best places to work- everywhere!
