Course Description
This training is designed to provide participants an opportunity to do a deep dive into their social-emotional strengths and growth opportunities. Interactive activities will allow them time to identify areas when they operated at the highest levels of social and emotional intelligence and when they did not.
As awareness is the cornerstone of this learning opportunity, participants will analyze their Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP) assessment. This interactive workshop provides leaders and managers with an opportunity to analyze their ability and embrace where they are today in the following competency areas:

This training is centered on real conversations that challenge the status quo. Participants explore what it means to be vulnerable and what that vulnerability means to their ideas and expectations of leadership.
Prerequisite- Participants must complete the SEIP assessment prior to admission.
