With a career rooted in the nonprofit sector, I’ve spent my life championing those who serve others, driving impact, and achieving exceptional outcomes despite limited resources. My journey has shown me the inner workings of leadership, revealing both its potential for greatness and its pitfalls.
As an executive, I witnessed firsthand how dysfunction—poor communication, conflict avoidance, lack of accountability, and waning morale—could undermine even multimillion-dollar organizations. Too often, leaders relied on outdated mindsets, demanded conformity, and settled for metrics that painted a pretty picture for the board but failed to reflect real progress. These experiences ignited my passion to empower leaders who are committed to meaningful change.
