BSMART Coaching provides individual coaching packages to enhance personal development and leadership skills, each including a choice of assessment. Clients can also select an assessment package, which includes an assessment and a 1.5-hour debriefing session to identify strengths and growth areas, available independently or alongside coaching.
Engagements
BSMART Coaching offers tailored coaching packages of three, six, and twelve months. Our transformative six-week mental fitness program, PQ Intelligence, boosts mental resilience and performance. We also provide detailed assessment debriefs, delivering in-depth 1.5-hour sessions to unlock valuable insights and drive your growth.
Assessments
All packages include an assessment of your choice, with the option to add more. The PQ Intelligence package features its own specialized assessment.
